  When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time
  a comment is added I get three e-mails with the same comment.
  Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Thanks a lot!

  I believe everything said made a bunch of sense. However,
  think about this, suppose you wrote a catchier title?
  
  I am not saying your content isn't good, but what if you added
  a headline to possibly grab a person's attention? I mean Cum sociis natoque penatibus
  et magnis dis. is a little plain. You should look at Yahoo's front page
  and see how they create post headlines to get people interested.
  You might add a video or a related pic or
  two to grab people excited about everything've written. In my opinion, it could make
  your posts a little livelier.

  First of all I would like to say terrific blog!
  I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
  I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.
  
  I've had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting
  my thoughts out. I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems
  like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?
